Talking to the guy in the club shop in basildon. They're outselling last years by a huge amount apparently. And only a few have said they hate it (including me)
I imagine those that hate it, REALLY hate it but are apparently jb a minority.
He said the away one is not the one leaked online.
Away is black,.white betway and badge.....with a pink and white pattern at bottom of sleeve
3rd is white and thats all he knows..... but he added the qrey one a couple of years back was also classed.as white.

Can't say I'm a fan and I didn't like the original, which was my first match-going shirt. It puzzles me why the Bukta shirt is so popular in this recent trend of retro shirts, which I'm sure is where the idea has come from.

But, Umbro know their market. It will probably perform well commercially therefore, will be deemed a success.

Best West Ham kit was the adidas one from the 80s pre sponsorship.
The Bukta grandad collar one (91) pretty good too.
I would only wear a shirt around the house / garden now.

It looks fucking hideous. There are no two ways about it. Looks like a generic video game create your own kit template. I'm all for revisiting 'good' old kits but not ones which were shit in the first place.
It absolutely screams 'not west ham' with how the shirts look, particularly in tandem with the horrible blue shorts and claret socks. White shorts would have looked a lot less shit
What's wrong with a fucking claret torso and blue fucking sleeves? I bet they've found out they don't quite sell as many if they do that.

Last kit I had was the 1977 'v' one when I was 9 so I'm not really the targeted market but I don't mind the new one.
